GEICO Parking Garage
Our firm provided design/build services for a parking structure that serves the needs of the Amway Center. The multi-level, open parking structure features 1,876 spaces with high-speed ramps, an automated parking and controls system, an energy-efficient lighting system, public art features in elevator lobbies at the main exterior entryway, and a climate-controlled elevated pedestrian bridge at level 5 connecting to the Amway Center. The project received LEED Gold certification and is the AIA Orlando Design Excellence recipient of the 2011 Award of Merit and International Parking Institute’s 2012 Awards of Excellence.
