Winter Garden City Hall

C.T. Hsu + Associates, along with Clancy & Theys Construction Company, is providing design/build services for a new $10.2 million city hall for the City of Winter Garden, Fla. The three-story 40,000 GSF facility is slated for completion in June 2008.
