Lee Middle School

C.T. Hsu + Associates was selected by the Orange County School Board to provide design services for Lee Middle School which serves the College Park neighborhood. The firm is developing a master plan for the 50-year-old school that will feature a courtyard-style design to create a greater sense of community for the 18-acre campus. The $14.5 million construction project will include renovating 104,000 SF of existing space and adding 62,000 SF of new space.
