Orlando Events Center Parking Structure

C.T. Hsu + Associates is providing design/build services for a $34 million parking structure to serve the needs of the Orlando Events Center (OEC). The multi-level, open parking structure will feature an estimated 2,000 spaces free of column obstacles, a helicopter landing pad, a climate-controlled elevated pedestrian crosswalk to the Orlando Events Center, and an energy-efficient lighting system. The project is fast tracked for completion by July 2010. The construction management firm is PCL Construction Services, Inc.
