CFADA Professional Automotive Training Center

C.T. Hsu + Associates provided design criteria services for Seminole Community College's $5.5 million Automotive Training Center.  The state-of-the-art facility is a public-private partnership between the college and the Central Florida Auto Dealers Association.  The 51,000-square-foot facility features automotive labs, SMART classrooms, automotive laboratories, faculty offices, an industry showroom, administrative offices, and related support spaces.  It is the first construction project to result from the 20-year master plan update for the campus, also developed by the firm.
