Eustis Heights Elementary School
CTH+A provided architectural and engineering design services for campus-wide renovations, remodeling, and additions to the existing Eustis Heights Elementary School. The design provides space for 820 student stations, and is punctuated throughout with vivid colors on the floors and walls. The new two-story building houses 21 classrooms, a media center, science and music labs, cafeteria, and administration offices. The project includes 31,846 GSF of renovated space and 72,368 GSF of new construction space. The construction cost was $13,400,000.
Prior to providing architectural and engineering services, CTH+A prepared a master plan for the District’s Eustis Heights Complex that included the Elementary School, a future middle school, Lake Tech, LCS Transportation Center, and a community park with ball fields.
