Festival Bay on International Drive

Festival Bay on International Drive is one of Orlando's premier shopping and entertainment destinations. C.T. Hsu + Associates was responsible for master planning, design and construction administration of this project in association with The Jerde Partnership.  The 140-acre complex has more than 1 million SF of specialty retail stores, restaurants and entertainment offerings, including Bass Pro Shops, Ron Jon's and Van's Skate Park.
